hey jeff,
my name is mark and i am going to play football at saint thomas this year as a running back. Im about 6’2 210 and i hav 7 % body fat. I am wondering if running as well as doing your workout will help me build a strong core? and are you supposed to be eating a lot of protein as well as weigh protein shakes or will that add fat to my core by taking these shakes?? thanx

@kayedm8 well i mean you not “the best” at anything. cuz i mean south africa, australia and new zealand always end up higher than you guys. right now you’re losing to germany in soccer. cricket, idk much about but i’m pretty sure australia, and india are sick at those too. america kind of shits on everybody in basketball, the winter AND summer olympics (along w/ china) in general. and lacrosse and footbal, which no one else plays but who cares haha.
